A top year for Burgundy Chardonnay!
This is a family property of around 15.5 hectares of vines, located in the northern part of the Côte de Beaune (encompassing the appellations of Chorey, Savigny, Aloxe-Corton and Ladoix), at Ladoix, just within sight of the boundary of the Côte de Nuits.
The village of Chorey-les-Beaune is located 2 km northeast of Beaune heading towards Nuits Saint Georges. The Chorey-les-Beaune appellation does not feature a Premier Cru. This white wine appellation applies to just a limited production: a total of 138 hectolitres.
This wine is ideal for consumption after 3 or 4 years and provides suitable accompaniment to your fish dishes in sauce.
